Dark Matters Radio starts week 6 with a BanG with Author and researcher Christopher O’Brien.

Paranormal investigator and theorist Christopher O’Brien has released his groundbreaking, long awaited new book Stalking the Tricksters (355 pages, $18.95, Adventures Unlimited Press ISBN: 978-1-931882-92-7).

O’Brien has spent nearly 20 years investigating and researching the San Luis Valley (SLV) in Colorado/New Mexico—possibly America’s most anomalous region—and the results of his years of experience can be found in this thought provoking title. In Stalking the Tricksters he has devised an ingenious unified theory to explain the causal forces that could be behind the many bewildering types of paranormal phenomena reported in the SLV and elsewhere around the world. Tuesday February 23rd I introduce a “Classic episode” of my old show UFOs Tonite! where I hosted Mr. John Andrews of Testor Corp. In this show we hit many topics but this was when Testor had just introduced their S-4 Saucer! We discussed Area 51, S 4, secret black operations, Air Force policy and many other areas. Mr. Andrews is now deceased so if you have an interest in these topics, this is a DON’T MISS!

Weds. February 24th we have a special Dark Matters Show. A dual appearance by screenwriter Tracy Torme (of Fire in the Sky) and Travis Walton, subject of the film. In 2 Classic episodes of UFOs Tonite in 1993, as the film was being released I interviewed both Torme and Walton in not to be forgotten interviews. Don’t miss this one!

Thursday February 25th we did a Classic episode of a show I call “The Controllers.” I interviewed Martin Cannon who had written an essay on what may be involved in “some” abduction reports, government mind control, ala MK-Ultra and other infamous early efforts by CIA to institute “mind control.”

Starting Week 5 on Dark Matters, I host Ms. Simone Mendez on February 15th. Simone was a member of the United States Air Force when she was exposed to a communication, reportedly generated by NORAD that spoke about tracking Unidentified Flying Objects in deep space. What then happened to her was almost totally unbelievable. Threatened by the FBI for espionage, she went thru a very terrifying experience and will share it with you on Dark Matters Radio.

Hollywood Producer Mr. Paul Davids will join us on February 16th. Paul produced the Showtime film Roswell, one of the best known true UFO cases and will also discuss his other projects and films that take a look at the stranger side of life such as Jesus in India, The Sci-Fi Boys, Timothy Leary’s Dead. Wed. February 17th we take another excursion into classic radio with my interview with Special Correspondent for CNN, Mr. Chuck DeCaro. If you recall, Chuck brought to CNN his special 4 part series on the Bentwaters/Rendlesham UFO case that took place over Christmas, 1980 at a United States Air Force Base that housed nuclear weapons. This is an episode that should not be missed.

Thursday night Feb. 18th I host author and radio show host Greg Bishop.

Greg’s first article on the subject was published in 1988. In his book “Project Beta: The Story of Paul Bennewitz, National Security, and the Creation of a Modern UFO Myth” (2005 Simon & Schuster/ Pocket Books) he wrote about a government campaign of disinformation perpetrated against an unsuspecting U.S. citizen.

The no-man’s land between the extremes of wide-eyed belief and closed-minded debunkery has fascinated Greg and led to the birth of a magazine he co-founded called The Excluded Middle, which was a journal of UFOs, conspiracy research, psychedelia and new science (now online at excludedmiddle.com ). “Wake Up Down There!”, a collection of articles from the magazine, was published in 2000. His third book, “Weird California, a portrait of strange and eerie history and places in the Golden State,” was released by Sterling Publishers and Barnes & Noble in 2006.

Okay, this week of Dark Matters Radio starts out on Superbowl Sunday! Now, my buddy Rich Sarradet is a die-hard “Saints” fan so I wish him good luck on their battle against the Colts … but the fact of the matter is that since “my team” the Steeler’s isn’t in this … I really can’t get too worked up! Oh, I will watch the game but with no Steeler’s or my wifes pick … the Chargers, ho hum ……

Okay, now on with the show! Since the early 1990′s I have been researching the Moon … specifically Lunar Phenomena. Going back to George Leonard’s book Somebody Else Is On The Moon, I have been convinced that there is a very real mystery up there. There has been enough speculation and NASA photographs that have convinced me that Lunar facts have been and currently are being covered up. This leads me to Monday’s show ….

Monday Feb. 08 I will host Mr. Allan Sturm, author of “ULO’s -Unidentified Lunar Objects Revealed in NASA Photography”. Allan Sturm has written a simply stunning book on what appears to be many-many artificial appearing artifacts detailed in NASA photographs which Allan dug out of NASA archives at a university in Arizona. This is a do not miss episode.

Tues. Feb. 9th, we will have Dr. Barry Taff, Para-Psychologist, on Dark Matters Radio.

Dr. Barry Taff, an internationally recognized para-psychologist and expert on the paranormal, has done a preliminary investigation into paranormal events at the home of producer David Oman. A formal investigation, using the most sophisticated equipment available, will begin shortly. Through his efforts, producer Oman hopes to get to the bottom of the events that have transpired for the past three years.

Dr. Taff, who holds a doctorate in psychophysiology with a minor in biomedical engineering, worked as a research associate at UCLA’s former parapsychology laboratory from 1969 through 1978. During his 36-year career, Dr. Taff has investigated more than 4,000 cases of ghosts, hauntings, poltergeists, and he has conducted extensive studies in telepathy and precognition which led to the development of the original protocols and methodologies for what was later coined “remote-viewing.” He also was himself investigated as a psychic subject in 1969, the results of which, entitled “A Laboratory Investigation of Telepathy: The Study of a Psychic,” were published in Behavioral Neuropsychiatry, Vol 6, Nos. 1-12, April-December 1974-March 1975.

Thursday Feb. 04th we take an excursion into some of the darker sides of UFO research. I will host former Chief Investigator for the state of Pennsylvania MUFON, Mr. Butch Witkowski. His background is Law Enforcement retired, and he applies that background and forensics in every case investigated. Butch is the Director of the UFO RESEARCH CENTER OF PENNSYLVANIA and the are comprised of ex Law Enforcement, Bio Chemists, Private Detectives, Fraud Investigators, Paranormal Experts, Cryptozoologists and a host of other experts that search for the truth.

Well, the third week of Dark Matters Radio is already upon us! This week there is some exciting radio ahead.

On Feb. 01 (Feb. 2 on the East Coast) the week starts out with Mr. John Spencer, a world renowned British Paranormal researcher and author joining us from the United Kingdom. John has researched and written on such diverse topics as “stigmata” to UFOs with side stops around the poltergeist phenomena.

John is a very meticulous researcher, careful and articulate.

Tuesday evening we will be joined by C. Scott Littleton, PhD. Dr. Littleton is a former Professor of Anthropology as well as former Chairperson of the Department of Anthropology at Occidental College in Los Angeles, California. Currently enjoying Emeritus status, he joined the Occidental faculty in 1962, retiring at the end of the spring semester, 2002, after a highly succesful and distinguished academic career. Over the years he has garnered a reputation as a very knowledgeable UFO researcher and expert on the mysterious “Battle of Los Angeles” which took place in early 1942, at the very beginning of the Second World War. Dr. Littleton is also the author of “Phase Two”, a science fiction novel dealing with the UFO Phenomena.

Wed. we take a darker turn into the supernatural with a very close look at a modern day vampire tale, the “Highgate Vampire.” This supernatural tale took place in the world famous Highgate Cemetery in north London, England, UK in the time period of 1969-1970 time frame. Ghouls, girls, blood draining, haunted cemetery’s and a guy who now claims to be a Bishop in the “Old Catholic” faith in the UK, and spooky goings on … in Merry Ol’ England.

Thursday evening, (early Friday morning-East Coast) Kevin Randle, PhD and retired U.S. Army Lt. Colonel will join us at Dark Matters.
One of the formost experts on the Roswell Incident in the United States, Randle will talk about his new upcoming book “Crash” and recent events in the UFO field … and many other things! Don’t miss it!
